CQSOLAR was founded in 2020, and it is committed to the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of all kinds of PV products. The company also focuses on developing and improving the “last mile” of the photovoltaic industry chain, which involves the recycling, dismantling, and reuse of photovoltaic modules. By leveraging its cost advantage through vertical integration and excellent material supply chain management, the company is dedicated to serving local component manufacturers globally. Through collaborations with regional component manufacturers, the company maximizes its product focus advantage and continues to cultivate the niche market.
80% of the team members have more than 10 years of working experience in the photovoltaic industry.
Constantly develop new products, adopt the latest manufacturing technology, and launch a variety of series of products, which can be tailored to different customer needs.
The company is equipped with a professional service team, attaches importance to service quality, and creates additional value for customers.
(1)Perovskite, as a third-generation solar cell, has dual advantages of high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and low cost. The maximum efficiency of single-junction perovskite is about 33%, and stacked cells can achieve more than 40% efficiency. Currently, the size of high-efficiency perovskite modules is advancing from square centimeters to hundreds of square centimeters. Both dry and wet processes have their own advantages in large-scale preparation. Wet processes, such as slot-die coating, have higher economic feasibility. Dry processes, such as vapor deposition, have higher equipment costs but provide uniform film deposition. In terms of stability, some modules have obtained IEC61215 and IEC61730 stability certifications, indicating promising long-term stability progress. Our company is currently collaborating with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Yunnan University on perovskite technology research, aiming to develop a mass production plan for perovskite.
(2)Currently, there is a disparity in the production level of component manufacturers in the market. It is estimated that approximately 10% of the components already in use will be scrapped before reaching their designated lifespan. Improper handling of these scrapped components will burden the environment and society, compromising the original “green” intention. Therefore, only by maximizing the recycling and reuse of these components can we effectively utilize the valuable materials and maximize their commercial value while reducing pollution, thus achieving true sustainability throughout the entire life cycle of photovoltaic modules. Our company is currently cooperating with the Yingli Group in component recycling, specifically in equipment related to frame disassembly and thermal cutting. We have formed a mature integrated solution and aim to establish a complete component recycling industry chain.
